Our staff arrives based on your event's scheduled start time. Since each event is unique and requires different equipment, arrival times may vary slightly. Your setup will be fully completed and ready at least one hour before your event begins.

Yes. Desi Decibel carries full liability insurance with $2,000,000 in coverage. We are happy to provide you or your venue with a copy of our insurance certificate upon request.

Every event is different and may require specific equipment, but our basic requirements for any setup are: at least one 6-foot banquet table, and adequate power with two 120-volt, 20-amp circuits on grounded outlets located within 100 feet of the DJ setup area. Full details are provided by email during booking or after your contract is finalized.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due with your signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

We cover most states across the US. Florida and Georgia are our home markets with no travel accommodation fees. For events outside FL and GA, travel fees apply based on location. We regularly serve weddings in Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Louisiana, Tennessee, Nevada, and destination markets including Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, and Puerto Vallarta. We run promotions periodically. If you book during an active promotion, the discount is applied automatically to your quote.

Our standard package includes all core DJ equipment: speakers, subwoofers, cables, DMX moving heads, and wireless microphones. Packages vary by event length and production needs.
